Laptops & Desktops Kenya is a Nairobi computer shop selling new and certified ex-UK laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories, with clear KSh prices, condition labels and order-by-WhatsApp support countrywide.
Answer first: New machines carry 12 months warranty. Certified ex-UK machines carry 3 to 6 months warranty after testing. Returns for DOA faults are handled case by case within a short window after delivery.
New machines
Warranty length: 12 months. Covers manufacturing faults under normal use as described at sale.
Certified ex-UK machines
Warranty length: 3 to 6 months. Units are tested before sale. Cosmetic wear can exist and will be described honestly when relevant.
What warranty does not cover
Liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorised repairs and normal battery wear beyond stated health expectations are typically excluded. Ask on WhatsApp if unsure.
Returns
If a machine is dead on arrival or materially not as described, contact us within 7 days with video evidence and order details. We favour repair, replacement or refund paths that match the fault.

Do you sell new and certified ex-UK laptops?
Yes. Every product page shows a clear New or Certified Ex-UK badge. We do not label used machines as new.
How do I order?
Open a product page, check the KSh price and specs, then tap Order on WhatsApp. Your message is prefilled with the model and price.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa Till, bank transfer, and pay on delivery within Nairobi. Instalment options can be discussed on WhatsApp when available.
What warranty do I get?
New machines: 12 months. Certified ex-UK: 3 to 6 months. Details are on each product and the warranty page.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. Same day in Nairobi where routes allow, next day countrywide via courier on most orders.
